Who we are

Artemis Rising Collective grew from a shared vision: to create spaces where people can genuinely slow down, reconnect, and feel whole again.

Brittany and Meredith are the guiding hearts behind this space, united by a shared belief in the restorative power of movement, nature, creativity, and community. Rooted in their own healing journeys, they’ve experienced how intentional movement, time outdoors, and creative exploration can reconnect us to our bodies, our breath, and what truly matters.

Together, they create retreats that invite adventure and ease—blending fitness, yoga, time in nature, creative play, and meaningful connection. These experiences are designed to help you step out of the noise, move with purpose, explore freely, and return home grounded, energized, and supported—carrying the strength of community with you long after the journey ends.

Our Team

Brittany Patterson

Co-Founder

Brittany is a yoga teacher, retreat facilitator, and one of the guiding hearts behind this space.

She began her yoga practice three years ago during a time when her body was asking for deep compassion and care. Living with stage 4 endometriosis and later undergoing a hysterectomy due to advanced adenomyosis profoundly reshaped her relationship with her body. What started as movement became a pathway back to feeling whole, connected, and at home within herself.

Through yoga, Brittany discovered the power of mindful movement, breath, and presence in supporting healing—not only physically, but emotionally and energetically as well. Her practice helped her move without pain, rebuild trust in her body, and reconnect her mind and body in ways she once thought impossible.

Today, Brittany is passionate about creating welcoming, supportive spaces for others—especially those navigating chronic pain, life transitions, or a longing to feel more comfortable and free in their bodies. Her classes and retreats are rooted in accessibility, inclusivity, and joy. Whether someone is brand new to yoga or returning after a long journey, they are welcome exactly as they are.

This work is deeply personal to Brittany, and it is an honor for her to guide experiences that feel nurturing, inviting, and genuinely fun—spaces to breathe deeply, move gently or playfully, connect authentically, and leave with tools and memories that last well beyond the mat.

Meredith McBride

Meredith is a fitness enthusiast, artist, and writer devoted to helping others find grounding and flow through connective resilience.

A true jack-of-all-trades, she draws peace and inspiration from the natural world and artistic exploration. Movement and therapeutic practices have been the foundation she has stood on throughout her life, carrying her through a multitude of life’s curve balls and shaping a deep trust in the body’s ability to support resilience and growth.

Meredith’s life’s work centers on bringing order to chaos while learning to surrender to the flow of life. With a background in personal training, event management, and camp coordination, she is skilled at holding space, creating structure, and guiding meaningful experiences. She is passionate about walking alongside others as they discover their own path forward.

At the heart of her work is a simple belief: we stand stronger in the storm together. Meredith is devoted to fostering connection and equipping others with natural grounding and coping tools they can carry with them beyond the moment.

Through movement, shared experience, and intentional community, Meredith supports others in finding steadiness, strength, and a deeper sense of belonging.
