Refund, Cancellation & Transfer Policy
All retreat bookings are final and non-refundable.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued after payment is made, regardless of the reason. This includes, but is not limited to, personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, travel delays, illness, injury, weather conditions, or changes of mind.
Your payment secures your space in the retreat and supports advance commitments such as lodging, meals, facilitators, supplies, and administrative costs, many of which are non-refundable to Artemis Rising Collective.
Transfer of Reservation
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your reservation to another individual with prior written approval from Artemis Rising Collective. Transfer requests must be submitted no later than 10 days before the retreat start date. The replacement participant must meet all retreat requirements and complete all necessary waivers and agreements. Transfers are not guaranteed and are granted at the sole discretion of Artemis Rising Collective.
Retreat Changes or Cancellation by Organizer
Artemis Rising Collective reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel a retreat due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather events, safety concerns, acts of God, venue issues, or minimum enrollment not being met.
In the event of cancellation by Artemis Rising Collective, participants will be offered either:
A credit toward a future retreat, or
A refund, minus any non-recoverable expenses already incurred,
at the sole discretion of Artemis Rising Collective. No additional compensation, including travel or accommodation costs, will be provided.
Force Majeure
Artemis Rising Collective shall not be held liable for any delay, modification, postponement, or cancellation of a retreat due to events beyond its reasonable control (“Force Majeure Events”). These events include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, fire, flood, earthquake, public health emergencies, pandemics, government orders or restrictions, travel disruptions, power outages, labor disputes, or any other circumstances that make it unsafe, impractical, or impossible to hold the retreat as planned.
In the event of a Force Majeure Event, Artemis Rising Collective reserves the right to reschedule the retreat, modify the program, change the location, or cancel the retreat entirely. If a retreat is canceled due to a Force Majeure Event, participants will be offered a credit toward a future retreat or a refund, less any non-recoverable expenses already incurred, at the sole discretion of Artemis Rising Collective.
By booking a retreat, you acknowledge and agree that Artemis Rising Collective is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by you, including but not limited to travel, lodging, or other related expenses.
